Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Open the Stripe billing portal from your account settings and cancel there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
Refunds
We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods after a cancellation. If you experience a genuine service failure, contact us within 30 days at support@distillmarkets.com and we will assess a refund.
Account deletion
Deleting your account is different from cancelling. Deletion ends your subscription and your access immediately, and the remainder of the current billing period is forfeited; no refund is provided except as required by law. If you want to keep access for the period you have paid for, cancel your plan and let it run to the end of the billing period instead.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where a guarantee applies, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
